Giveaway privacy policy
Effective October 30, 2026.
Entry information will be used by Sponsor and its contracted service providers to administer the giveaway, prevent fraud, verify eligibility and site conditions, fulfill prizes, maintain necessary records, and comply with law. Marketing use requires the separate optional permission presented on the form. Sponsor will not sell entrant information or share it with unrelated marketers through this giveaway. Access is limited to personnel and processors who need it. Nonwinner lead data will be deleted or deidentified after all nonwinner notices have been sent, except limited records reasonably needed for drawing integrity, consent and opt-out evidence, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Winner and service records will be retained as needed for prize fulfillment, the rental relationship, tax reporting, and legal compliance. The public form will not request Social Security numbers, financial-account details, or identity-document uploads. Entering permits nonmarketing email about administration and prize verification. Marketing by phone, email, or text requires the separate optional consent presented on the form and any consent required by law. Declining or later withdrawing marketing consent does not affect entry, selection, or included prize services. A winner may be identified by first name, last initial, and city solely to announce the verified result; no full address, phone, email, or stored contents will be published. Photos, testimonials, endorsements, full-name advertising, and use of likeness require a separate optional written release and are not required to win or receive the prize.
Campaign source and advertising choices
We save the first and most recent tracked campaign click in this browser for up to 90 days, separately for each brand. When you submit, those campaign identifiers accompany your entry so we can understand how you found the giveaway. We do not put contact details or addresses in advertising events or links.
Optional advertising measurement helps us measure campaigns and remind consenting visitors about the giveaway. You can decline or withdraw it using Advertising choices. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for this advertising measurement. Declining does not affect entry or winning chances.
