1 Sponsor and giveaway period

BoiseBox alone sponsors, administers, and fulfills this giveaway. One grand-prize winner will be selected. Questions and free-entry assistance: info@storebluebox.com or (208) 853-2125. Entries open November 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. and close November 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., Mountain Time as observed in Boise, Idaho. The entry-system clock controls. The random drawing occurs November 16, 2026. Gunner Pollman administers the drawing, coordinates site approval, and signs for BoiseBox.
2 Eligibility
Open only to natural persons at least 18 years old at entry who are legal residents of Idaho and propose a Idaho residential delivery site within 25 one-way driving miles of BoiseBox’s physical service location at 17100 North Figjam Avenue, Nampa, Idaho 83687. Measure from the service-location street entrance to the residence’s driveway entrance using the shortest ordinarily available lawful route suitable for delivery equipment and a consistent mapping tool. Do not measure from a PO box, ZIP center, another branch, or the entrant’s current location. Site and truck access require separate approval under Section 7; the distance calculation alone does not establish deliverability. Employees, officers, owners, and directors of Sponsor, its promotion vendors, and each such person’s spouse, parent, child, sibling, and household members are ineligible. No business entities or entries on another person’s behalf. Void outside the stated service area and where prohibited. Entry confirmation acknowledges receipt only, not eligibility or site approval.
3 Free entry and entry limit
During the entry period, use the free giveaway entry form at https://storeboisebox.com. Provide full name, email, state of residence, proposed residential delivery address and ZIP code; certify age eligibility; accept these Official Rules; and submit. A telephone number is optional; email is the primary notification method. Limit one entry per person for this BoiseBox giveaway across all entry methods; duplicate submissions count once. No purchase, payment, deposit, credit card, quote request, paid rental, sales appointment, social action, referral, review, or marketing consent is required. A purchase gives no extra entries or improved odds. Alternatively, email info@storebluebox.com with subject “BoiseBox free giveaway entry,” the same required information, and “I am at least 18 and agree to the BoiseBox Official Rules linked beside the giveaway form at https://storeboisebox.com.” The same deadline, limit, entry pool, and odds apply. Only submissions designated for this competition through its form or email subject are entries in this giveaway. Entry into another company’s competition is not an entry here. Marketing permission is not inferred from entry.
Storage-interest questions and any written response are optional. Their answers, completeness, writing quality, stated need, purchasing plans, marketing choice, and customer status do not affect the drawing. Do not include sensitive personal information or information about other people in a written response. Automated, bulk, purchased, fraudulent, or bot-generated entries are prohibited. Ordinary internet or carrier charges from an entrant’s own provider may apply; Sponsor imposes no entry fee.
4 Random selection and odds
BoiseBox will deduplicate entries, apply the published eligibility requirements, assign each eligible entry a unique identifier, and use a random-number selection process to choose one potential winner from this giveaway’s eligible entries. Selection is not judged on writing, storage need, purchasing interest, or marketing choice. Each eligible entry has an equal chance. If N eligible entries are received, the initial chance of selection for the single prize is 1 in N. Odds depend only on the number of eligible entries in this competition. BoiseBox will retain the eligible-entry list, drawing date, method, and result. Selection is conditional until identity, eligibility, and fulfillment conditions have been verified.
5 Notification and verification
BoiseBox will email the potential winner within three business days of the drawing. The recipient must reply within five calendar days after the notice is sent. If no reply is received, BoiseBox will send one reminder and allow two additional calendar days. The notice will provide the exact deadline and a way to verify the notice through info@storebluebox.com or the telephone number above. No payment or credit card is needed to claim. A consenting contact may also receive a call or text as legally permitted, but email remains sufficient. The potential winner must complete the winner acceptance and eligibility declaration within seven calendar days after responding and provide reasonably necessary identity and residence verification, property authorization, and site information. Any legally required tax form will be collected securely, never through the public entry form. BoiseBox will arrange a free site review within ten business days after receiving complete site information, subject to weather and access; Sponsor-caused delay will extend the recipient’s deadlines.
6 Grand prize and included services
One winner receives use of one 16-foot container for 12 consecutive months, warehouse storage while the container is off-site, and four seasonal round trips between BoiseBox’s warehouse and the same approved residence: four drop-offs and four pickups, eight one-way trips total. The initial delivery counts among the four drop-offs. The fourth return pickup and return of the emptied container are included. BoiseBox must schedule that final visit to allow reasonable time to remove remaining belongings before pickup; no mandatory extra trip is needed to close out the prize. Container ownership stays with BoiseBox. Approximate retail value of the entire prize: $3,800. This is a service prize, not a cash award. Moving service, another residence, and transfers between company locations are not included. A qualifying alternative site may be approved during verification under Section 7 before activation; afterward the approved residential service address remains fixed.
The 12-month term begins with the first container delivery. The winner must request activation within 90 days of final verification. If BoiseBox cannot supply the container within that period, the activation deadline extends until it can reasonably do so. Standard container rental, included transportation, and ordinary warehouse handling necessary for the described service are included without claim, activation, administration, fuel, or other mandatory Sponsor charges. Sponsor bears any mandatory service charges or sales/use taxes needed to provide the included services. Personal income taxes remain the winner’s responsibility. No paid plan, paid insurance, deposit, or paid extension is required to receive or use the prize. Sponsor will provide the final included pickup without a charge if timely requested, even if Sponsor availability moves the actual pickup beyond the service end date.
7 Delivery placement access and scheduling
BoiseBox must approve the delivery address, container placement, access conditions, and scheduling before dispatch and after any change in conditions. Deliveries must remain within the Idaho service area defined in Section 2. ZIP code alone does not establish serviceability. Provide at least 10 feet by 20 feet of unobstructed, level, stable paved concrete or asphalt capable of supporting the container, contents, and equipment. Grass, dirt, gravel, public streets, sidewalks, and public rights-of-way do not qualify. The winner must have lawful site permission, including owner/landlord permission and any necessary HOA or municipal approval. Entry or selection does not guarantee a permit or permission.
BoiseBox must verify a safe, lawful, unobstructed truck approach, maneuvering space, overhead and side clearance, and equipment support in addition to the minimum 10-by-20-foot paved placement area. That footprint does not represent the total space required for truck operation. Gates, slopes, soft ground, snow, ice, wires, trees, vehicles, and underground or surface infrastructure must be evaluated. BoiseBox will explain its actual equipment access and contents-weight requirements during the free site review before acceptance and dispatch. The entrant must not infer any unprovided truck-clearance or load rating from the container dimensions. Review may use photos, measurements, and a free inspection. Approval must use safety, legal, equipment, and geographic criteria, not purchasing interest. BoiseBox will explain a rejection and allow 14 calendar days to propose a qualifying alternative residential site in the same service area before activation. If a necessary permit or paid site work would be required, BoiseBox will allow a qualifying no-cost alternative or apply Section 9; no purchase of site work is required to claim.
The intended service is warehouse storage with seasonal visits to the same approved residence for loading and unloading. Each on-site visit may last up to one month, subject to approved access, scheduling, and local restrictions; the container then returns to BoiseBox’s warehouse. The prize does not include continuous year-round storage at the residence or an on-site visit exceeding one month. Request every delivery and pickup at least 48 hours in advance; notice does not guarantee the requested date. Specific dates, holiday delivery, weekends, rush service, and immediate availability are not guaranteed. Weather, road conditions, equipment safety, and fleet availability may require reasonable rescheduling. BoiseBox will offer the next reasonable dates and extend affected deadlines when its delay would otherwise prevent included service. Provider-caused pickup delays do not create an on-site overstay fee or reduce the prize. The same approved residential address must be used for all four drop-offs and four pickups; a move does not expand or transfer the included service.
8 Permitted use restrictions and extra costs
The container is for lawful household goods, including seasonal and holiday items. No person or animal may live, sleep, or be confined in it. No habitation, business occupancy, subletting, resale, self-relocation, structural modification, or attachment is permitted. No illegal goods, explosives, ammunition, flammable or hazardous substances, fuel, perishable food, living organisms, or other goods prohibited by the disclosed service agreement. The winner must pack and secure items, observe the stated weight limit, and load and unload safely. Contents insurance is not included or required to claim the prize; the container is not represented as climate controlled. Warehouse entry is by arrangement, not unrestricted customer access.
Any costs not specifically included in the prize are the winner’s responsibility, subject to the no-fee prize terms above. Examples are optional packing supplies, moving labor, optional contents insurance, extra trips beyond the eight included legs, and services outside the term voluntarily purchased under a separate agreement. BoiseBox must quote any optional charge and obtain affirmative approval before providing that paid service. Declining extras does not cancel included services. No extra-mileage fee can be required to redeem the advertised prize: an address beyond the driving-distance service area does not qualify. Winner-caused damage or unlawful use may result in actual, documented liability to the extent allowed by law, rather than a fee to receive the prize. After the free 12 consecutive months, additional container rental is optional at $150 per month from BoiseBox, only under a separate rental agreement the winner affirmatively accepts. Any applicable taxes, optional transportation charges, billing increments, or other extension terms must be disclosed before that paid agreement is accepted. The extension does not add free transportation trips. No automatic paid renewal and no charge merely because the winner declines an extension. At term end, the winner must remove belongings through the included final visit, use a separately agreed free warehouse collection arrangement if offered, or voluntarily enter a new paid agreement; retained property is handled only under applicable law and the disclosed storage contract.
9 Disqualification and alternate winner
BoiseBox may disqualify an entrant for material false information, ineligibility, prohibited duplicate or automated entry, tampering, fraud, threats, or a material violation of these Rules. A potential winner who declines, misses the notice deadlines after the reminder, fails reasonable verification, or cannot provide an approved site after the alternative-site opportunity may forfeit the prize. Lack of marketing consent, an optional survey answer, refusal to purchase, or declining publicity is not grounds for disqualification. BoiseBox will document the reason and randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries in this giveaway using the same process. It will repeat as needed until a qualified winner accepts or no eligible entries in this competition remain. If no eligible entrants qualify, the prize will not be awarded and Sponsor will post that result.
10 Transfer substitution and interruption
The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or exchanged for cash by the winner. BoiseBox may authorize a cash alternative or substitution in writing. If circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control make the specified prize unavailable, Sponsor may provide a substitute of equal or greater retail value, without imposing a purchase requirement. Ordinary capacity planning is Sponsor’s responsibility. If fraud, technical failure, or an external event materially compromises the drawing, Sponsor may pause the affected process, publish notice, and complete a fair random drawing from unaffected eligible entries when practicable. Changes will be limited to what is reasonably necessary and lawful and will not retroactively add eligibility restrictions, reduce the prize value, or favor purchasers.
11 Privacy communications and publicity
Entry information will be used by Sponsor and its contracted service providers to administer the giveaway, prevent fraud, verify eligibility and site conditions, fulfill prizes, maintain necessary records, and comply with law. Marketing use requires the separate optional permission presented on the form. Sponsor will not sell entrant information or share it with unrelated marketers through this giveaway. Access is limited to personnel and processors who need it. Nonwinner lead data will be deleted or deidentified after all nonwinner notices have been sent, except limited records reasonably needed for drawing integrity, consent and opt-out evidence, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Winner and service records will be retained as needed for prize fulfillment, the rental relationship, tax reporting, and legal compliance. Those retained records are not a continuing marketing-lead list. Privacy requests and opt-outs: info@storeboisebox.com. The public form will not request Social Security numbers, financial-account details, or identity-document uploads. The giveaway privacy policy is available beside the entry form for review before submission.
Entering permits nonmarketing email about administration and prize verification. Marketing by phone, email, or text requires the separate optional consent presented on the form and any consent required by law. Declining or later withdrawing marketing consent does not affect entry, selection, or included prize services. A winner may be identified by first name, last initial, and city solely to announce the verified result; no full address, phone, email, or stored contents will be published. Photos, testimonials, endorsements, full-name advertising, and use of likeness require a separate optional written release and are not required to win or receive the prize.
12 Liability applicable law and results
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its promotion providers from claims arising solely from third-party network failures, unauthorized entry tampering, or an entrant’s own breach or misuse. This does not release negligence in storing or transporting property, gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or liability or rights that cannot legally be waived. No contents-loss cap or new indemnity is created by entering. Any separate storage agreement must be provided for review before acceptance, must not reduce the advertised prize or impose a mandatory paid product, and remains subject to applicable law. These Rules control the giveaway if another promotional statement or service term conflicts. Idaho law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections; proceedings may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these Rules. Invalid provisions are severable to the extent lawful. Questions or disputes about administration may be sent to the same address. Decisions must be consistent with these Rules and applicable law.
